iGRAIN participated at the VIV exhibition in Bangkok, Thailand in March 2019. We introduced the TOXI SCRUB Process Line, for removing aflatoxin in crops. This attracted a lot of attention to our booth and we look forward to serving new and old customers.
Mr Peer Hansen was invited for the 3rd time to the IAOM exhibition in Nairobi, Kenya to make a presentation about CO2 infestation detection. It is concluded that CO2 can provide the earliest possible detection of unwanted biologic activity, and it is further concluded, that whereas temperature may only give a quantitative indication in very severe cases CO2 may from the beginning be interpreted quantitatively.
Because CO2 detection quantifies the infestation much better and much faster it is also a much better tool to use operationally to minimize spoilage. Early detection obviously provides the opportunity to use the wheat in the process of becoming infested before it becomes too serious.
Once again iGRAIN participated at the VICTAM show in Bangkok. We proposed the TOXI-SCRUB® processing line for innovation award and was acknowlegded for it. The TOXI-SCRUB® processing line is a complete processing system including: Intake, Pre-Processing, the Scrubbing-Reactor, Buffer Bins and complete Material Handling. This makes it easy and convenient for clients to simply dump the contaminated material in the inlet and receive decontaminated material in the outlet Buffer Bin. Packing solutions are optional and include: Truck delivery bin, Big Bag solution, Bagging solution (25 -100 Kg bags), or consumer pouch packing, especially designed for nuts, beans etc.
Mr Peer Hansen was invited to give a presentation at the IAOM MEA exhibition in Dubai. The topic was “New trends in monitoring stored wheat in flour mills with CO2 sensing”. As iGRAIN understand the challenges for millers, we encountered very positive feed back.
