iGRAIN® offers several types of service from our service center:
iGRAIN® provides reasonable assistance by phone free of charge for questions regarding the maintenance or operation of the products. Free assistance by phone does not include on-line assistance via the iGRAIN On-line Service Centre.
Service from the iGRAIN On-line Service Centre in Copenhagen is available as per below, and otherwise to an extent and in a manner determined by iGRAIN® in its discretion.
The scheduled working hours of the iGRAIN On-line Service Centre are as follows:
Tuesday and Thursday
Friday
7.00 am – 3.30 pm (CET)
7.00 am – 2.30 pm (CET)
We kindly ask you to contact us three working days in advance of the service you are requesting, so we can schedule and plan the services. We want to support you best possible.
