Our on-line service center has all the experience required to provide a variety of services including installation trouble shooting, software checkup, sensor and network checking, grain condition checking, etc.

Prior to any service provided from the iGRAIN on-line center we will assess your needs and establish a service order confirmation or a service agreement. The extent and nature of the on-line service available to you as a customer is subject to the order confirmation or to a separate on-line center service agreement.
We have standard on-line service packages available to support your installation of 1-5 or 6-10 hours of online support.
