On-site Field Service

We will always try to help you and your team on-line to safe costs for you. However, should you require help for installation, trouble shouting, repair or assessment of needs for an extension of your current iGRAIN® system, we do on-site field service. For assessment and agreement of on-site service please contact the please contact the iGRAIN® service center as specified below.

When we send our specialist to the field, we aim to solve the given issues to the best of our ability and as fast as possible to restore the daily operation. We will do our best to assist you ASAP, however on-site field service will have to be planned carefully for an efficient visit, and we need your cooperation in this. Waiting times for an on-site field service visit might occur during busy times.
