In order to investigate and evaluate your service issue we need to access your computer remotely with the iGRAIN Dash Board Manager through TeamViewer or Remote Utilities, therefore your computer needs to be switched on and connected through a stable connection to the internet.
To improve the efficiency of our on-line services to you, we recommend you to observe/act upon the following:
1. Provide as detailed information about your issue as possible.
2. Make sure you have installed your system according to the Installation Manual if provided.
3. Provide fastest possible Internet connection.
4. Make sure your PC is on-line.
5. It is a big advantage if the PC is never used for private use; since this increase the risk of malware, virus etc. all of which may take time.
6. To have a qualified assistant at the PC during service. This is an advantage so we can ask questions and in some situations, give directions to restart or check hardware on the silos etc.
